Our Swimming Club is one of the sport clubs of Yangon University, located in
Myanmar, is formed and kept going by Yangon University students.
ABOUT UNIVERSITY OF YANGON SWIMMING CLUB
Our Swimming Club is one of the sport clubs of Yangon University, located in
Myanmar, is formed and kept going by Yangon University students.
This club is established in July 2019 and keeps running till now.
OUR TARGET - We mainly intend the students who love to swim in
University.
PURPOSE - In Myanmar, swimming sport is not very interested like the others.
Therefore, our Swimming Club created with new generations like university
students, wants to help as much as we can and we want to support the students
who really love to swim.

Major and Year - Third year honours Geology
One of the founder of University of Yangon Swimming Club. He is the cheerful leader of our team.In second semester of Yangon University Tournament (24Jul 2019) – he won 1 silver medal (Relay 200m),and 3 bronze medals (50m freestyle, 50m breaststroke, 50m butterfly).
In 100 years anniversary of Yangon University Tournament (24Jan 2020) – he won 4 silver medals (200m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke, 50m butterfly, Relay 200m) , and 2 bronze medals (50m backstroke,50m breaststroke).
PAST EVENTS
Looking Back
* On December 12, 13, 14, we sold food snacks for making funds in the Science Fair of 2019 which was organized by Yangon University.
* On December 31, 2019, we cleaned the lamp of the pagoda and donated money at Shwedagone Pagoda North Gate.
* On January 7, 2020, we volunteered the swimming courses which were organised by Yangon University.
* On January 13, 2020, we volunteered in cleaning Yangon University campaign which was organised by Yangon University Environmental Club.
* On January 24, 2020, the swimmers from Yangon University Swimming Club achieved many rewards in hundred years of Yangon University.
* On February 1, 2020, we went a short trip to Wingabaw Elephant Camp and paid worship to Pagodas in Bago.
*On February 29, 2020, we held a fun fair of first semester of Yangon University Swimming Club.
